Mr. Daya Singh Sandhu, a distinguished psychology professor and NRI from the USA, has made remarkable contributions to the holistic development of village Gandhran. Deeply connected to his roots, he played a pivotal role in the establishment of the Guru Nanak Mission Hospital, the Kartaar Singh Sarabha Library, and the NRI Bhawan in the village. These transformative projects were inaugurated on 17th March 2018 through a joint effort by Mr. Sandhu, other dedicated NRIs, and the village panchayat. His contributions reflect a powerful blend of health, education, and community welfare, aiming to uplift the lives of villagers and inspire future generations.
